Return policy for goods and services

This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for deliveries coordinated by Phunlaxxthunmare and for advisory services booked through official channels. Marketplace purchases may follow separate seller rules stated at checkout.

Scope

This policy applies to direct relationships with Phunlaxxthunmare for goods dispatched from or organised through our Helsinki operations and for paid planning sessions. Promotional bundles may include additional conditions on the offer page; those conditions supplement this document for the bundle only.

Perishable goods

Chilled, frozen, or short-dated items cannot be returned once delivery is complete and cold-chain integrity is no longer verifiable, except where the item arrived outside documented temperature ranges, was damaged in transit, or was not as described in material respects. Photograph outer packaging and affected items, retain labels, and contact us within twelve hours of delivery with your order reference.

Shelf-stable goods

Unopened shelf-stable products in resaleable condition may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Refunds cover the product value; outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return results from our error. Bulk sacks must remain sealed; broken seals void return eligibility unless the defect is manufacturing-related and documented.

Services

Consultations and planning sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if you provide at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Cancellations within twenty-four hours of the scheduled start may incur a fifty percent fee to cover reserved preparation time. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or an alternative date—your choice.

Evidence and timelines

Email assist@phunlaxxthunmare.world with your order reference, a concise description, and images where helpful. We confirm receipt within three business days and provide return labels or disposal instructions when applicable. Items awaiting return should be stored safely until instructions arrive.

Damage window Report transit damage within twenty-four hours for fastest resolution.
Quality questions Batch codes help us trace supplier documentation quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen days of approval unless your payment provider introduces a longer settlement cycle. Partial refunds may apply when only part of an order is affected. Store credit may be offered when you prefer it; acceptance is voluntary.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Finnish or European Union law. If a statutory remedy provides broader protection, it prevails to that extent.
