What technologies we use
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site. Local storage entries may store consent choices with a similar effect but different technical characteristics. Session storage may hold temporary session identifiers. Pixel tags or scripts may load only when you opt into analytics or marketing categories through the consent layer.
Categories in plain language
Strictly necessary
These technologies enable core functions such as load balancing cues, security tokens, remembering that you dismissed or saved cookie preferences, and keeping form sessions stable. They do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive’s exemption for strictly necessary storage.
Analytics
When enabled, analytics technologies help us understand aggregate page views, approximate navigation paths, and performance bottlenecks. IP addresses may be truncated at collection depending on the provider configuration we select.
Marketing
When enabled, marketing technologies may personalize repeat visits, attribute newsletter sign-ups, or coordinate light reminders about seasonal lists. They are not used to profile sensitive categories of personal data.
Where preferences are stored
Your consent selections are stored in local storage under a single key managed by the site script so the banner does not reappear on every navigation. Clearing site data removes this record and will prompt the banner again on the next visit.
Third-party processors
If analytics or marketing tools are activated, their providers may process limited technical data under their own terms. Marketing-related tools may include online advertising platforms (such as Google Ads) that measure visits or conversions when you have consented to the marketing category. We select configurations that reduce identifiability where feasible and review subprocessor lists periodically. Links to provider privacy notices can be supplied on request for the specific tools in production at the time of your enquiry.
How long data persists
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies may last from several months up to twenty-four months depending on the vendor and category. Consent logs refresh when you change preferences. You can shorten persistence by deleting cookies through browser settings.
Your controls
Use the cookie banner to accept all categories, reject optional categories, or open granular settings. Browsers also provide global controls to block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or enable private browsing modes. Some features may degrade if strictly necessary storage is blocked.
Updates to this policy
When we introduce new technologies or change vendors, we update this page and, where appropriate, refresh consent prompts. The reference date in the hero reflects the day you view the page for quick orientation alongside substantive edits.
